THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2816 OF 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-A2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.32 of 2013 on the file of Anakapalli Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam. When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of the investigation in the above crime, the police referred it as false case and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
