As the investigation is pending, this Court did not choose to consider for compounding of the offences from the very report of the defacto complainant shows serious allegations against the accused.

Having regard to the above and also for nothing to interdict the investigation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of by left open all available defence of the accused and the police shall complete investigation and file final report within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
