This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.1 for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest in Crime No.857 of 2018 of Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences alleged under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 120B and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. 2 .

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.1 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

This Court, by detailed order, dated 31.12.2018, in Crl.P.No.13635 of 2018 dismissed the earlier bail application of the petitioner/ accused No.1 assigning number of reasons. There are no change of circumstances.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
