This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 24.08.2012, passed in Interlocutory Application No.41 of 2012 in Original Suit No.226 of 2010 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopeta, Guntur District, whereunder the petition filed under Order I Rule X CPC read with Rule 28 of the Civil Rules of Practice, to add the fourth respondent as defendant in the main suit, was allowed.

As per the information received by the Court through e-courts website, the main suit was disposed of on 13.07.2016 by the trial Court, as such, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
