THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11258 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in Cr.No.6 of 2016 of Vuyyuru Town Police Station, Vuyyuru, Krishna District.

When the matter is taken up, Sri V.V.L.N. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the purpose of filing the criminal petition becomes infructuous in view of filing charge sheet in the aforementioned crime and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to question the charge sheet.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to question the charge sheet. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
