This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 C.P.C., is filed challenging the order, dated 22.11.2012, passed in E.A.No.450 of 2012 in E.A.No.15 of 2011 in E.P.No.102 of 2002 in O.S.No.78 of 2001, by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narsapur, West Godavari District, wherein, the petition filed under Order XXII Rule 4 and Order VI Rule 17 and Section 151 C.P.C., to recognize the petitioner as legal representative of the deceased Mylabattula Krishna Rao, who filed E.A.No.15 of 2011 for delivery of petition schedule property in the said petition, was dismissed. As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, E.P., was closed on 11.06.2003 by the Executing Court, as such, the petition has become infructuous.
