This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.163 of 2016 on the file of Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 447 r/ w 34 IPC and Section 5 of A.P. Land Grabbing Act.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana stated that Police have already filed Final Report with regard to FIR No.163 of 2016 stating the Crime as 'Civil in nature' and he thus prayed to dismiss the petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings, as infructuous.

Heard Sri Dr. Sireesh Anumula, learned counsel for Petitioner/ A.1. It is found on verification, no stay was granted by this Court during pendency of this Criminal Petition.

In the light of the above, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
