THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.166 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 20.07.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6281 of 2014.

This Court disposed of the writ petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the competent authority to consider her case for relaxation of age limit and the authority was given liberty to consider her case for appointment on compassionate grounds, if she is otherwise eligible.

Learned counsel for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the order, dated 25.02.2017, passed by the Chief General Manager/HRD, APSPDCL, Tirupati pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.08.2016, rejecting her request to consider the relaxation of age and give compassionate appointment.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case.

Hence, the contempt case is closed.
