When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for petitioner produced proceedings of the Regional Manager, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, Adilabad Region (1st respondent), dated 27.12.2016, where under the services of the petitioner were removed. Thus, in view of the removal from service, cause in the writ petition does not survive. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available in law including remedy of appeal.
