This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2, for grant of bail in Crime No.369 of 2018 of Abdullapurmet Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376D of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 and A.2, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail application of the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 was dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 03.01.2019 in Crl.P.No.13820 of 2018. This is the second bail application of the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in respect of the very same offence. It is a case of gang rape. Investigation is not yet completed. There are no change of circumstances. Under these circumstances, it is declined to consider this bail petition.
