THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16184 OF 2015 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent passed final orders vide RC.No.143/2010/N.R.E.G.S.S.A., dated 11.08.2014, terminating the petitioner from services of Field Assistant of Kaaki Gram Panchayat, Rolla Mandal, Anantapur District. Aggrieved by the same the petitioner filed the present writ petition. It is also stated that though the petitioner filed appeal before the 3rd respondent on 22.09.2014, no orders are passed till today. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2, Sri M.Sriramachandra Murthy, learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4 and Sri G.Seshadri, learned counsel for respondent No.5.
Since the impugned order provides for appeal before the 3rd respondent and since it is stated that the petitioner has already filed appeal, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders. In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, any appointments made will be subject to further orders in the appeal.
Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ
petition, shall stand closed.
