On perusal of the record, the learned counsel for the appellant - insurance company addressed letter dated 11.02.2019 to the registry to the effect that the appellant is not interested to continue the litigation and wants to close the case at this stage. Therefore, the appellant has instructed him to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the said letter, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
