HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 13876 of 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent in not fixing the pay of the petitioner by protecting the last drawn salary in the cadre of driver. Learned standing counsel for the respondent corporation contends that in the counter it is specifically stated that the pay of the petitioner was protected and consequential benefits were extended to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and, accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
