O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the show-cause notice dated 14.12.2018 issued by the Tahsildar, Vemulawada, RajannaSircilla District, under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977. It is an admitted fact that the petitioner submitted two replies in response to this notice, one on 22.12.2018 and the other on 03.01.2019. Having done so, the petitioner approached this Court by way of the present writ petition seeking a direction to the revenue authorities not to give effect to the said showcause notice or evict him from the subject land. As the petitioner, in his wisdom, deemed it appropriate to respond to the show-cause notice dated 14.12.2018, it is not open to him to now assail the same.

As matters stand, no cause of action has arisen for the petitioner to approach this Court as the authorities are yet to take a decision in the matter pursuant to the show-cause notice dated 14.12.2018. Sri M.Rajamalla Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would however state that the petitioner may be given an opportunity to submit one more reply in response to the show-cause notice as he did not raise all the grounds available to him in the earlier replies owing to ignorance. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that he has no instructions as to whether any final order has already been passed.

In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit his third reply, if any, within three days from

today and the Tahsildar, Vemulawada, Rajanna-Sircilla District, shall also consider the same in the event a final order has not been passed till date. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
