When the matter came up for hearing, the respondent-State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that the above Sessions Case was ended in acquittal after full dressed trial and no cause survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous.

2) Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
