- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO W.P.No.1381 of 2019 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed alleging that respondents are not appointing new managing committee for the locality of Dargah Hazrat Syed Hasan Barhana Shah and that to declare the action of 2nd respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioners dated 24-12-2018 and 05-01-2019 for appointing a new managing committee. When the matter is taken-up, Standing Counsel for the respondent-Wakf-Board produced proceedings of the Chief Executive Officer, Telangana State Wakf Board, dated 17-01-2019, whereunder he has extended the term of the Managing Committee, whose term expired on 28-11-2018, by two years. A reading of the order also shows that since already committee is put in place, cause in the writ petition does not survive. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the Wakf-Board dated 17-01-2019, he shall work out his remedies as available in law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
