HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 39582 of 2015 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representations dated 13.08.2015, 14.09.2015 and 18.09.2015 made by the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary; and consequently issue appropriate directions to assign/ allot the small shops to the petitioners in the building situated in Sy.Nos.47/ 1A, 47/ 2 and 47/ 3 of Cheepurupalle Village, Vizianagaram District.

3) The grievance of the petitioners is that though they made number of applications, the same are not considered till date, hence seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the same. 4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said applications are still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the same in accordance with law at the earliest.

5) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ

petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the application dated 18.09.2015 made by the petitioners, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioners and aggrieved persons, if any, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order, if the same is still pending consideration. No order as to costs.

6) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
