THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.279 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.3, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.298 of 2018 of Kakatiya University Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 470 of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.3, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail application of the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 was dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 26.12.2018, passed in Crl.P.No.13493 of 2018. No changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court to consider this bail petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
