Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner, a senior citizen, seeking early disposal of O.S.No.179 of 2017 on the file of IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Written Statement had already been filed by the defendants and that in view of the advanced stage of the petitioner, the Court below be directed to dispose of the suit at an early date.

4. Having regard to the fact that he petitioner's age is 70 years, IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, is directed to dispose of the suit, preferably, within one year from the date of receipt of a coy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

6. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
