THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.4121 of 2019 O R D E R:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for the 1st and 2nd respondents.

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in granting LRS permission in favour of the 3rd respondent with respect to plot No.291, admeasuring 200 square yards in Sy.Nos.78 and 79, situated at Chintagattu Village, Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal District.

Petitioner asserts that she is the owner and possessor of the aforesaid property and that the 3rd respondent, without having any right over the said property, has obtained LRS permission by creating false and fabricated document.

Learned Government Pleader submits that there is an appeal remedy available to the petitioner against the order passed by the competent authority.

In view of the submission of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal to the Appellate Committee constituted by the Government. As the petitioner became aware of the said LRS permission recently, the appeal shall be entertained subject to

CKR, J W.P.No.4121 of 2019 condition that the petitioner files the same within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. 6.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this writ petition, shall also stand closed. No costs.
