THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 20784 of 2016 ORDER:

Proceedings of the 2nd respondent Revenue Divisional Officer, Kavali, SPSR Nellore District dated 31.03.2015, suspending the authorization of the petitioner to function as the fair price shop dealer for Shop No. 24, Jaladanki Village and Mandal, is assailed in this Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh), in one voice, would submit that subsequent to filing of the present Writ Petition, the 2nd respondent Revenue Divisional Officer, vide proceedings, dated 30.06.2016, after conducting a detailed inquiry, restored the authorization in favour of the petitioner. In view of the said submission, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition, hence, it is closed. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
