ORDER:

This company application is filed for setting aside the valuation report, dated 29.06.2013, filed by respondent No.2 and to direct respondent No.2 to consider valuation report, dated 08.10.2014, issued by M/s.NR Associates for all further purposes.

At the hearing, Mr.M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, submitted that respondent No.2 has no objection for adopting the valuation report, dated 08.10.2014, made by M/s.NR Associates, which was filed by the applicant through Company Application No.745 of 2015.

In the light of the above submissions of the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, respondent No.2 is directed to ignore the valuation report, dated 29.06.2013, filed by him before this Court and to act on the valuation report, dated 08.10.2014, filed by M/s.NR Associates filed for all future purposes.
