HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.396 of 2020 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the order, dated 10.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.06 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.No.797 of 2019 in Cr.No.94 of 2019 on the file of the II Addl. Sessions Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor representing the State. 3.

During the course of hearing, the only prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the petitioners to appear before the concerned S.H.O. once in a month.

In the light of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, instead of the petitioners appearing before the concerned S.H.O. on every Saturday, they are directed to appear before the S.H.O. of Arvapally on 4th Saturday of every month between 10.00 AM and 12 Noon till filing of charge sheet.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
