THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2525 of 2021 ORDER:
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners represented that pursuant to the impugned notifications issued under Section 3A and 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956 (for short, 'the Act, 1956'), the acquisition proceedings have been concluded and the award has already been passed under Section 3G of the Act, 1956.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to challenge the said award passed under Section 3G of the Act, 1956 either for enhancement of the compensation or to refer the matter to an arbitration etc., on all the grounds that are available to the petitioners including the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

In the light of the same, permission is accorded and the writ petition is closed, while granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the award passed in furtherance of the impugned notifications and leaving all the grounds open including the one raised in this writ petition.
The interim order, if any, granted in this writ petition shall stand vacated.
