Petitioner claims that he purchased agricultural land to an extent of Ac.3.00 guntas in Sy.No.521/A of Chilkur village and Mandal of Suryapet District vide registered document dated 31.03.2016. Petitioner submitted application in Form-VIA under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1971 for mutation of land in his favour. Though such application was received on 10.06.2016, so far no orders are passed, causing lot of hardship and suffering to the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition. 2.

Petitioner enclosed the receipt of payment for issuance of mutation proceedings and e-pattadar pass book as Exhibit P2 at page no.21 of the material paper.

Having regard to the contention of the petitioner that application filed by him on 10.06.2016 is yet to be acted upon, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to examine the claim of petitioner for mutation and issuance of e-pattadar pass book as per the application already submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders duly assigning reasons in support of the decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
