This writ petition is filed to declare the proceedings No.480/A2/05 dt.27.09.2006 passed by the 1st respondent, terminating the services of the petitioner as Anganwadi worker of Tangella Village, as illegal, irregular, without jurisdiction, violative of principles of natural justice and offends Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as Anganwadi worker for Anganwadi center at Tangella Village.

When the matter was listed for dismissal on 19.09.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However to give one more opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for dismissal. 3.

Inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For dismissal", today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
