This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners/respondents against the orders dated 03/12/2012 passed in I.A.No. 713 of 2012 in OS.No. 40 of 2008 by the Senior Civil Judge, Wanaparthy, Mahboobnagar district, allowing the petition in-part against the petitioner No.3 therein and dismissing the petition against the petitioner No.2 therein, which was filed by the respondents herein under Order-0XXXII, Rule-12 read with section 151 of CPC seeking to declare the petitioners 2 and 3 therein as majors.

2. When the matter is listed today, it is submitted by Sri V.Hanmanth Rao, counsel for the petitioners that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this CRP shall stands dismissed.
