HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1255 of 2020 ORDER :

The only grievance of petitioners is that they filed revision, which is numbered as D5/4492/2019, under Section 9 of A.P.Rights in land and Pattedar Passbooks against the order dated 23-11-2019 passed by the 3rd respondent. As the same is not being disposed of by the 2nd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioners stated supra, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
