When matter was called on 01.04.2015, there was no representation on behalf of appellants and it was ordered to be listed on 20.04.2015 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also when matter is called, none appeared for appellants. Therefore, second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
