HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1303 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner society is that the District Registrar, Stamps and Registration, Medak, Sangareddy, is not considering its representation dated 28.7.2018 against the registration of a new society in relation to the premises bearing No.8-139, J.P. Colony, Patancheru, Sangareddy. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that the registration has already been effected. He would further submit that letter dated 05.9.2018 was addressed to the petitioner society in response to its representation dated 28.7.2018 informing it that the registration authorities could not undertake any enquiry as sought by the petitioner society.

In the light of the aforestated development, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner society to work out its remedies in accordance with law before the competent forum if it is aggrieved by the registration of the new society.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
