Petition under Article 226 ot the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the inaction of the respondent No.6 in registering a case against the Respondent No.8 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent No.6 police to register a case against the Respondent No.8 and investigate the matter.
