Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; the learned Government Pleader for Animal Husbandry appearing for respondents 1 to 3; and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.4. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed with the following prayer:

"...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not granting Final Registration Certificate on the applications dated: 20-06-2017 submitted by the petitioners seeking Final Registration of New Fresh Water Aquaculture Farm in their lands covered by R.S.Nos. 613/2, 610/2, 613/1, 616/1B, 616/1, 612 total an extent of 4.51 cents belongs to the 1st Petitioner, R.S.Nos. 613/2, 616/2, 617, 597/11 total an extent of Ac.2.55 cents belongs to the 2nd Petitioner and R.S.Nos. 613/2E, 613/2, 613/1, 616/2, 613/1, 603, 598/1, 610/1, 611/3 total an extent of 5.00 cents belongs to the 3rd Petitioner situated at Kamanagaruvu Village, Amalapuram Mandal, East Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Article 14, 21, 19(1)(g) and 300-A Constitution of India and to consequently direct the Respondent/authorities to issue final registration certificate in favour of the petitioners for New Fresh Water Aquaculture Farm forthwith."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners made the application in the month of June, 2017, seeking final Registration of New Fresh Water Aquaculture Farm in respect of the lands mentioned above, till date no orders are passed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the respondents will pass appropriate orders on the application made by the petitioners, if some reasonable time is granted. 5.

Having regard to the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the application, dated 20.06.2017, made by the petitioners seeking Final Registration of New Fresh Water Aquaculture Farm in their lands, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
