Heard the counsel for petitioner.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the Senior Civil Judge, Vikarabad in deciding I.A.No.826 of 2018 in O.S.No.199 of 2018 on his file.

It is stated by the counsel for petitioner that 'Notice' was taken to all the respondents and some of them have been set ex parte, and some have filed counters.

In this view of the matter, the said Court is directed to consider whether petitioner is entitled to an interim order in the said I.A. within four (04) weeks after hearing both sides.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

6.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
