S.A.M.P.No.1240 of 2016:

Sri M.V.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant brought to the notice of this Court that in compliance of Order XXII Rule 10-A of Code of Civil Procedure, a memo was filed on 26.07.2006 informing about the death of sole respondent on 01.07.2006 and the same was served as per the endorsement on the memo. But, till today no steps were taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.

Hence, the S.A.M.P.No.1240 of 2016 is allowed. S.A.No.586 of 2001:

In view of the order passed in S.A.M.P.No.1240 of 2016, the second appeal is dismissed as abated by operation of law. No costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
