THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION Nos.11689, 14757, 16436, 18499 of 2009 7499, 9725 and 23397 of 2010 COMMON ORDER:

1. Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are heard together and being disposed of by this common order.

2. These writ petitions are filed by the petitioners seeking writ of mandamus declaring G.O.Ms.No.282, Agriculture and Cooperation (Sericulture) Department, dated 04.10.2008, and G.O.Ms.No.14, Industries and Commerce (Tax) Department, dated 21.01.2009 and consequential proceedings of the Commissioner of Sericulture in Rc.No.2148/2008/TM, dated 27.04.2009 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice, and consequently, to set aside the same.

3. When these matters have been taken up, Smt. Bobba Vijaya Lakshmi, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in view of passing of G.O.Ms.No.124, Agriculture & Cooperation (Sericulture) Department, dated 07.06.2012, the subject matter of these writ petitions has become infructuous. The learned Counsel has also placed a copy of the said G.O. The said copy of G.O.Ms.No.124, dated 07.06.2012, shall form part of record.
