This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.1720 of 2016 from the file of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Ananthapuram. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that O.P.No.1720 of 2016 was dismissed on 15.12.2017. In view of dismissal of O.P.No.1720 of 2016, the purpose of filing the transfer petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
