Sri S.Maruthi Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that this writ petition has become infructuous as possession has already been taken. Learned counsel would further submit that liberty may be reserved to his client to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law as and when cause of action arises. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
