HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 15354 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not permitting the petitioners from discharging their duties with effect from 01.07.2003 as Drivers Grade-II in Karimnagar region and in not regularizing their services with effect from 01.08.2002, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners were allowed to continue in service and their services were also regularized.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is closed.
