Learned counsel for the respondent/ husband would submit that the respondent/ husband has filed a Memo before the Judge, Family Court, Khammam, stating that he is not pressing F.C.O.S.No.12 of 2018 pending on its file and that he intends to work out the remedies available under law.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this transfer petition.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand closed.
