Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners, who are defendants in O.S.No.1475 of 2017 on the file of the XVI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri, had filed a counter affidavit in I.A.No.1102 of 2017, filed by the respondents under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 of CPC, on 19.03.2018 and that till date the said I.A., has not been disposed by the said Court. 2.

In view of the said grievance, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the XVI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri to decide the I.A.No.1102 of 2017 in O.S.No.1475 of 2017 on his file within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing both sides. No order as to costs. 3.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
