The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: " ... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in seizing the lorry bearing No.AP 27 U 8799 under the Panchanama dated 27-62011 of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to release the petitioner Lorry bearing No.AP 27 U 8799 forthwith ...."

At the hearing, Mr. I. Koti Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner,

submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.27418 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
