THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 10192 of 2010 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 1st respondent in issuing the impugned order dated 10.03.2010 for suspension of the petitioner from service as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to restore the petitioner service forth with. 2.

As seen from the docket, there was no representation on 09.03.2017 and to give one opportunity, the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

Today, though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
