HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AT HYDERABAD MAIN CASE No: CRP No.169 of 2020 PROCEEDING SHEET 01.05.2026 NNR, J Transferred to IO Folder before corrections.

I.A.No.1 of 2026 Heard Sri M.V.

Raghunandan Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Vivek Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sankalp Pissay, learned counsel for the respondent.

Considering the reasons cited in the accompanying affidavit, though the intention of the petitioner was to withdraw the memo i.e., "not pressed" memo in O.S.No.360 of 2018 filed before the trial Court and to proceed with the suit on merits. However, the same was wrongly stated, as the petitioner intends to withdraw the said suit.

It is clear that the error is purely typographical in nature, and the learned counsel for the respondent also did not oppose the same.

As such, the order passed by this Court on 26.03.2026 is hereby modified as below:

When the matter was taken up for hearing Sri Vivek Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that earlier,

the revision petitioner intend to pursue the suit filed before the trial Court. A memo had already been filed based on the assurance of her father that the matter would be settled. As the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present revision petition, as well as the "not pressed" memo filed before the trial Court, and now intends to proceed with the suit by having the said memo taken of the record, the petitioner is permitted to take appropriate steps before the trial Court as intending.

Recording the above said submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
