This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order' dated 01.05.2019, passed by this Court in W'P'No'9915 of 2019' 2.

Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record.

3. This Court, by the aforesaid order, dated 01'05'2019, directed the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.126 of 2018 of Thirumalayapalem Police Station and file a final report.

The submissions made and the counter filed on behalf of the respondent-alleged contemnor reveal that in terms of the order', dated 01.05.2019, passed by this Court, final report has been. filed on 25.01.2021 vide Inward No.66/2021 before the Principal Junior Civil Judge (PDM), Khammam, under intimation to the petitioner herein and that it is open to the petitioner to workout the remedies available under law, if he is aggrieved by the investigation conducted by the Investigating Agency' 5.

Since the order, dated 01,05.2019, passed in W'P'No'9915 of 2019 by this Court has been complied with, there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent-alleged contemnor, as alleged by the petitioner.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
