HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1067 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 02.01.2009, issued by the 1st respondent wherein the petitioner was suspended pending enquiry against grave charges.

Now, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has passed away and that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
