This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused, for grant of bail in Crime No.340 of 2018 of Mulug Police Station, Jayashankar-Bhupalpally District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8(b) read with Section 20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail applications of the petitioner/accused were dismissed by this Court vide orders, dated 18.12.2018 and 04.01.2019, passed in Crl.P.No.13206 of 2018 and Crl.P.No.14074 of 2018 respectively. Still there are no changed circumstances. Hence, this Court is declined to consider this bail petition.
