The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not furnishing the certified copy of the proceedings Rc.No.B/562/2006, dated 19.01.2007 of the second respondent pertaining to assignment of 32 house sites in Sy.No.5/2 of Khankhanpet Village, Kallur Mandal, Khammam District, as illegal, arbitrary, improper and violative of principles of natural justice. As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 27.10.2015, the matter was listed to today under the caption "for judgment". Inspite of the matter being posted under the caption "for judgment", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record the Memo Rc.No.C/1040/2013, dated 16.09.

2013, which shows that the request of the petitioner was already been complied with and the same was acknowledged by the petitioner. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
