Learned Special Government Pleader for Tourism informs the Court that against the order dated 28.04.2017 in W.P.No.16282 of 2017, W.A.No.1483 of 2017 is filed and the Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 09.10.2017 set aside the order dated 28.04.2017 in W.P.No.16282 of 2017.

In view of the same, no contempt proceedings are maintainable.

The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed.
