The matter was taken up by way of a lunch motion as Sri M.Layeeq Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, stated that he had been instructed by his client to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if so advised. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed in the light of this final order.
