THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No. 10142 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed seeking implementation of the order dated 02.08.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.5649 of 2013. By the said order, the Tribunal directed the authorities to pass orders on the representations dated 20.06.2012 and 02.12.2012 made by the petitioner herein, if not already passed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Notice having been ordered, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) states that no writ petition was filed by the respondent authorities challenging the aforestated order. That being so, it is not open to the authorities to fail to implement the order passed by the Tribunal in the light of the undertaking given by the learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana, which was recorded by the Division Bench of this Court comprising the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice and the Hon'ble Sri Justice U. Durga Prasad Rao vide order dated 30.09.2016 passed in W.P.No.31905 of 2016 to the effect that the orders passed by the Tribunal, unless varied or set aside, would be invariably implemented.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the District Collector, Nalgonda District, the second respondent, to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law upon the representations dated 20.06.2012 and 02.12.2012 made by the petitioner. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and, in any event, not later than four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
